Os dispositivos de saber-poder presentes na mecânica disciplinar, na biopolitica e na governament... more Os dispositivos de saber-poder presentes na mecânica disciplinar, na biopolitica e na governamentalidade sao modais de analise que usamos neste trabalho para investigacao dos processos de subjetivacao engendrados no universo da internacao de adolescentes autores de ato infracional em Minas Gerais. No campo disciplinar, trata-se do esquadrinhamento e da docilizacao dos corpos para comporem a engrenagem social de mais-producao, cuja meta e a chamada ortopedia social. O filosofo Michel Foucault asseverou que o poder disciplinar nao era suficiente para explicar novos elementos da cartografia social. Destarte, em 1976, surgem indicacoes sobre a biopolitica como tecnologia de poder que extravasa a mecânica dirigida ao corpo, donde se vislumbra um poder que age sobre a vida, ou seja, atua no corpo coletivo, na populacao. This is a research on violence according to youngsters’ perspective as well as on the strategies ... more This is a research on violence according to youngsters’ perspective as well as on the strategies they find to handle their local context, located in Timon-MA, Brazil, an area of social vulnerability. Ethnographic practice was used for the production of meanings, by means of field mapping, establishing links and relations with groups of teenagers; those who had more contact were the informants of the research. This research took a month and aimed to investigate in both singular objective ways the reality of the environment in which the youngsters were and the circumstances that this context implied. For the analysis of the collected data, Michel de Certeau’s common or ordinary practices were adopted as a model; these practices are strategies or tactics that shape every life. Waiselfisz and Cerqueira., et al.’s statistical data on violence as well as Abramovay., et al.’s studies on the situation of vulnerability in the social context contributed to this analysis. Resumo: O presente artigo trata de uma pesquisa realizada a respeito da violência na perspectiva ... more Resumo: O presente artigo trata de uma pesquisa realizada a respeito da violência na perspectiva de jovens bem como as maneiras que encontram para lidar com o contexto local, visto que a área está localizada no município de Timon-MA, uma zona de vulnerabilidade social. Para a produção de sentidos foi utilizada a prática da etnografia por meio do mapeamento do campo, estabelecendo vínculos e relações com os grupos de adolescentes, e dentre alguns os que tiveram maior contato foram os informantes da pesquisa. Esta foi elaborada no período de um mês, a fim de investigar de maneira singular e subjetiva a realidade do ambiente que os jovens estavam inseridos e as circunstâncias que nele estão implicadas. To weave a study crossed by the psychoanalytic praxis in the university has caused intense discus... more To weave a study crossed by the psychoanalytic praxis in the university has caused intense discussions that implicate a double "impasse": the university discusses the scientific " vocation " of the psychoanalysis; and the psychoanalysis questions the "universalization " and the "uniformization " of the psychoanalytical knowledge. Willing to discourse on such impasses this article will go through Freud's technical texts, and will consider the subjects brought by Lacan about psychoanalysis in extension and intensity.

By considering these practices as products from the socially imposed order, the youngsters revealed in the research a re-appropriation of everyday life through new of doing, opening space for a new art living in the contemporary work.

Considerando essas práticas como produtos da ordem socialmente imposta, os jovens revelaram na pesquisa uma reapropriação do cotidiano através de novas maneiras de fazer, abrindo espaço para uma nova arte de viver no mundo contemporâneo. RESUMO Tecer um estudo atravessado pela práxis psicanalítica, dentro da universidade foi, e conti... more RESUMO Tecer um estudo atravessado pela práxis psicanalítica, dentro da universidade foi, e continua sendo, motivo de intensas discussões que implicam um duplo "impasse": do lado da universidade, discute-se a vocação "científica" da psicanálise; e do lado da psicanálise, questiona-se a "universalização" e a "uniformização" do saber psicanalítico. Com o intuito de discorrer sobre tais impasses faremos, neste artigo, um passeio pelos textos técnicos de Freud, e pensaremos as questões trazidas com Lacan sobre a psicanálise em extensão e intensão. PALAVRAS CHAVE: pesquisa em psicanálise, universidade, psicanálise em extensão e intensão. Uma vocação "científica" da psicanálise? Em seu artigo sobre o ensino da psicanálise nas universidades, Freud (1919 [1918]/1996) analisa os limites que o meio acadêmico impõem ao saber psicanalítico, e em última instância, afirma que a psicanálise é, em si, sustentável fora desse espaço, pela via da "literatura especializada, [...] nos encontros científicos das sociedades psicanalíticas, bem como no contato pessoal com membros mais experimentados dessas sociedades." (p.187, grifo da autora). E ainda, no que tange à experiência prática, esta residiria no âmbito dos atendimentos clínicos sob supervisão e pela análise pessoal. Idioma: pt. Resumo: O objetivo deste estudo consistiu em verificar como os psicólogos hospitalares de Fortaleza conceituam a Psicoterapia Breve (PB). Para tanto foram realizadas 15 entrevistas semi-estruturadas com psicólogos atuantes em 7 instituições hospitalares, que permitiram delimitar categorias a partir das quais foi possível fazer inferências quanto ao perfil dos profissionais e sua compreensão do corpo conceitual da PB. A análise dos resultados indicou que os psicólogos que trabalham nos hospitais de Fortaleza utilizam a PB, embora tenha sido percebida uma falta de aprofundamento em relação aos critérios que a definem. Neste artigo, apresentamos uma pesquisa de cunho bibliográfico, a qual pretendemos desenvolver um... more Neste artigo, apresentamos uma pesquisa de cunho bibliográfico, a qual pretendemos desenvolver uma análise conceitual acerca do homicídio qualificado da travesti e prostituta, Makelly Castro, ocorrido em Teresina -PI, pautando-se essencialmente nas duas categorias de análise que se articulam entre si: o conceito de Homo Sacer -vida matável e insacrificável o conceito de Estado de Exceção -atitude política de modificação, trazidos por Giorgio Agamben. Este travalho visa uma reflexão sóciopsicológica desses temas e da sua invisibilidade social. Complementarmente, este trabalho aborda o como o público LGBT parece estar na trincheira, trazendo o crime homofóbico dos dias atuais como alusão à sodomia vivenciada no período colonial, apesar dos dispositivos legais garantirem que somos todos iguais perante a lei;

The knowledge-power devices present in mechanical discipline, biopolitics and governmentality
are... more The knowledge-power devices present in mechanical discipline, biopolitics and governmentality
are analysis modes for the subjectivity processes produced in the universe of adolescents
detained for offenses in Minas Gerais. From the disciplinary standpoint, it's the probing and
docilization of bodies to compose a social gear of more-production, whose goal is called "social
orthopedics". Subsequently, philosopher Michel Foucault asserted that the disciplinary power
was not sufficient to explain the new elements of social cartography. Thus, in 1976, there were
indications of biopolitics as a technology of power that goes beyond the mechanics addressed
to the body, where one notices a power that acts on life, that is, acts on the collective body, the
population. Caretaking technologies, health management and life multiplication processes are
brought to light. Moreover, security technologies that cross the walls of the hoards and are
instilled in all areas of urban management under the banner of the police, statistics or political
arithmetic are perfected. Finally, Foucault approaches the biopolitics of governmentality,
explaining how the art of governing connects to all individuals and to each one in particular,
from the pastoral practice of driving behavior to reasons of State, which perennially updates its
control strategies. The liberal and neoliberal models feed both the position of the State that
embraces the successful man – the self-made man – and the legitimacy of the State power of
supervision over certain groups, especially the poor and working classes of society. The
research data lead us to a series of questions about the reasons that legitimize and perfect,
even today, the juvenile detention model. The perspective on the deprivation of freedom,
especially when the institutional routine and speech of the actors were inventoried, showed us
how this device is updated, supplanting the bodies of internal control by the “pastor” employee's
actions, since the first management of that institution, and leads ultimately to the link between
discipline, biopolitics and governmentality in the production of dangerous youth and socioeducational devices that mix a pastoral “Providence-State” and a “Punitive-State" of cohorts of
poor youth, which framed the construction of the biopolitics of insecurity category.
