It helps that it’s wrapped in a buttery pie crust…here is the recipe for my spinach and artichoke dip galette. Enjoy!! You will need: 2 cloves garlic, minced 6 handfuls of spinach 2 tbs butter 1 can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped 1/2 cup bacon, chopped 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1 cup aged cheddar 1 wheel of Boursin 1 9” pie crust, removed from aluminum foil and slightly rolled out Salt and pepper Egg wash Method: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
