Tortillas
2-1/2cups all purpose flour
1tsp kosher salt
3tablespoons vegetable shortening
1 cup very hot water

Combine flour,salt and shortening with hands then pour in water, stir to combine. Dump onto a floured surface and knead a few times to create a a ball. Place in a bowl covers while you work on the soup!

Soup ingredients yields 6 servings
3tbls olive oil
4 whole carrots chopped
4 stalks celery chopped
Half onion chopped
6cloves garlic minced
2 cans black beans drained
2 cans tri bean blend (red kidney, pinto, and black beans)
2 32oz boxes vegetable stock
Seasoning
2tbsp each cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder
1 tbsp better then bouillon vegetable paste

Soup takes 30 minutes from start to finish!
