Switch it up and try some of these shoulder exercises using nothing but a smith machine. I went very light on these and did more reps in a controlled matter to get a good burn.

Clean to Press.  2 x 10 reps
Alternating Military Press.  2 x 10 reps 
Front Raises.  2 x 10 reps
Single-Arm Lateral Raise.  2 x 5 each side
