Transfer to an ice cube tray. Freeze overnight. To make a medicine ball, steep a bag of the mint tea over hot water. Add 3 cubes, more honey and a slice of lemon. Stir and enjoy! NOTE: these are strong — if you prefer to juice the lemons instead of blending the lemons with the peel on, you can do that too.
