Dryas Iulia(NOT Julia), but it is often called the Julia Butterfly. It has at least 15 subspecies and this one(Nudeola), which is endemic to Cuba, has a very beautiful light bright orange color. It looks much like a Heliconius and the caterpillar feeds on passion vines, but for some reason they decided to put it in it's own Genus.
