Poor Things is about to be released. We love the bold, unforgiving yet endearing colour layouts. In this scene, the icy greens work so well with the muted pastel tones. Adding darker shades of greens to a focal wall will bring intrigue into your space. Costume Designer Holly Waddington explains the plastic, meat and cartoon influences in her creations for Yorgos Lanthimos' "Poor Things."

“It’s like a five-year-old dressing herself from her mother’s wardrobe,” says costume designer Holly Waddington. “It’s this discordance, but it’s playful.”

The technicolour 19th-century fashion featured throughout the film — out now — paints a much brighter picture than what you imagine from a story that begins with a brain transplant experiment following a the heroine’s attempt to take her own life.
