Ingredients:

	•	750 grams of beef or mutton
	•	1 teaspoon salt
	•	1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
	•	1/2 cup oil for frying
	•	1 teaspoon red chili powder
	•	1 teaspoon garam masala powder
	•	1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
	•	1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
	•	Green chilies and coriander leaves (for garnish)

Notes:

	•	Do not add any water; the meat will cook in its own juices.
	•	If you want to use a pressure cooker just to tenderize the meat, add only half a glass of water.
