I made a fan art of my favourite weapons in Dark Souls 1, learned new things while making as well. Took quite some time to make, but overall happy with the outcome. I used Maya/ZBrush for modeling, Marmoset Toolbag for Baking, Substance Painter for Texturing, Unreal Engine 4 for rendering. Time doesn't seem to have any effect on this sword.. what do these runes mean ? :) Here is a work on model a game ready asset based on concept from the talented Crazy Lion, whom I thank for allowing me to use his work.
