these are incredible! These macro friendly burger tacos only take about 10 minutes and taste insane! 42g of protein for two as well! 🔥

Ingredients for 2:
170g of 5% beef mince
2 small tortillas
2 gherkins
Sprinkle of lettuce
Half an onion
2 squares of light burger cheese

For the sauce:
Use burger sauce or to make a lighter one:
1 tbsp of light mayonnaise
2/3rds tbsp of ketchup
1 tsp of mustard
(Make more if you want more sauce😄)

Directions:
1. roll the mince into 2 small balls and then place it onto the tortillas and flatten it
2. Add the tortilla to a greased frying pan and cook for a couple of mins on both side

This is by far my favorite recipe that I’ve ever made in my 2 years of uploading here. If you are craving a McDonald’s burger, but aren’t looking to destroy your diet for the day, then make this recipe. Great macros, delicious, and easy to make.

✅ Ingredients:
16 oz 96/4 ground beef (455g)
1 tsp salt, garlic powder, & pepper
1/2 cup diced pickles (50g)
1/2 cup diced onions (50g)
2 tbsp no sugar added ketchup (30g)
2 tbsp mustard (30g)
10 egg roll wrappers (230g)
10 sliced American cheese (190g)
Sessame seeds for topping

✅ Big Mac sauce ingredients:
1/4 cup light mayo (60g)
2 tbsp no sugar added ketchup (30g)
1 tbsp relish (15g)
1 tbsp mustard (15g)

➡️ Air fry at 350°F for 15 mins (177°C)

1 pound and a half ground beef
Seasoned with
Onion powder
All purpose seasoning
Smoked paprika
Salt
Black pepper

Mix meat well and add to a pan. Bake on 400 for 10 minutes until fully cooked. Add American cheese on ONE of the patties.

Mac sauce
1 cup mayo
2 tbsps yellow mustard
1 tbsp relish
1 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika

Mix well and refrigerate before you start making the sliders.
