Silent Night

Morning all, just a quick one today for you... but I'll be back later with this fortnights Crafting for All Seasons challenge...

On Saturday when I was looking for something else I found this card blank where I had used embossing paste and a stencil and blue glitter on it in a pile of unfinished cards and I thought it definitely had bling so would be perfect to make into a card for this weeks Less Is More BLING challenge.

The Holly & The Ivy

As I was packing up stuff to take to Lizy's on Saturday I came across this fab un-inked LOTV stamp (don't ask me why as I've not a clue lol). I thought it would be perfect for this weeks Less Is More OLC Leaves challenge.....


I've stamped it onto Kraft card base and then used ProMarkers (although they don't work for shading well so next time I may print pink petticoat kraft paper and then stamp onto that) and then shaded with my polychromo pencils....  The sentiment is also from LOTV

Leaves.... With Thanks

This really was a quick one to make, but I had to put some thought into it as I had loads of things for multi-layer cards but the one layer really threw me this week.... the colours have not come out great but the gems are actually a sunflower sort of colour

The Gunpowder Plot

Cozy Little Owl

This was my second DT card at Crafting For All Seasons for this fortnights challenge usign fab MelJens images.  I've made this one a little more CAS that the Paper Shelter one, and the texture is added with an embossing folder straight onto the card blank and a little sparkle on the image with some white glitter on glossy accents.

Warm in the Winter

Can you believe it's November already? Anyhow it's time for another challenge at Crafting For All Seasons and this week we have two sponsors, The Paper Shelter and Meljen Designs.  The Theme this fortnight is "TEXTURE". Here is my paper shelter card....



I've added some texture in a few ways... Tearing the paper, Flower-soft on the bobble hat, Glitter on the snow, the seam binding ruffled.  I didn't want to use the traditional embossing folders even though I love them.
