- Shadow Striker is a Decepticon from the 2019 IDW portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
A tough and competent warrior-slash-middle manager, Shadow Striker brooks no nonsense from anyone, whether it's her impulsive compatriot Flamewar or her commanding officer Sixshot. Indeed, the Ascenticon commander has discovered—much to his chagrin—that his usual methods of leading through intimidation have little effect on her... and that she's just as likely to deliver some intensely painful retribution if he pushes her too far.

- First appearance: Transformers #8
Shadow Striker was a veteran of the War of the Threefold Spark. She fought alongside the likes of Quake, Brawn and Cyclonus outside of Iacon in the final battle of the war. Darkness, Once Gazed Upon: Part One
Much later, as a member of the terrorist group known as the Rise, Shadow Striker was one of a number of "Risers" who had abandoned Cybertronian society and decamped to a secluded bunker underneath Iacon's Memorial Crater. One evening, the neutral hermit Cyclonus inadvertently discovered evidence of their presence, and Shadow Striker supervised Flamewar as the younger Ascenticon investigated the disturbed wiring. After Flamewar bumped into Cyclonus, Shadow Striker was forced to drop her cover and join the fight, but, despite wounding him with a rocket launcher, was unable to stop Cyclonus from blasting off towards Iacon. The Cracks Beneath Your Feet Part Two
With their presence now known to the 'bots of Security Operations, Flamewar, Shadow Striker, and Sixshot stayed behind to scuttle the base while the other members of their cell fled, and wound up battling against Chromia and Windblade when they went to investigate. Defying her commander, Shadow Striker made it clear that she wouldn't be pushed around like Flamewar, and was able to successfully rig the base to explode before she and the other two Risers made good their escape. The Cracks Beneath Your Feet Part Three
Shadow Striker was the butt of one of Flamewar's pranks when the latter sent Barricade into Striker's private quarters after telling him the quarters were his. Barricade got the worst of THAT exchange. The Change In Your Nature Part Three Shadow Striker either didn't mind Flamewar's antics, or didn't care enough to object to them. When they were tapped by Slipstream for a mission, Flamewar got it in her head to name their ad hoc squad "Team Stream". Her incessant repetition irritated Hyperdrive and Blackjack, but Shadow Striker just remarked that, with Flamewar, this too would pass. Despite their bickering, the squad successfully seized a Titan Net subsidiary hub in order to inject a data-bomb into the network, crippling Cybertron's living orbital defenders. The Change In Your Nature Part Four This freed Skystalker to direct his Titan Vigilem in an attack on the Winged Moon. The Change In Your Nature Part Five
As part of the bigger and badder Team Stream "Mark Two", Shadow Striker claimed the Winged Moon for the Decepticons. Wheeljack: Orbital Decay Or, rather, tried to claim it. The engineers on the moon resisted the Rise's attempts to breach the Moon's control center long enough for Colonial Security to send reinforcements. Shadow Striker fought with Springer but, once the energon storage was destroyed, the Rise abandoned the mission and returned to Cybertron. War World: Moon Shadow Striker and Team Stream were later seen on sentry duty at Shockwave's remote base. They had a tense visit from Skywarp before he teleported away, looking for more fun. Sea of Rust II
Team Stream were next sent as part of an ambush to capture Optimus Prime after he and his Prime Guard went to visit Codexa. They managed to hold up and disarm the Prime Guard, but Ultra Magnus' unexpected arrival threw Team Stream into disarray. Shadow Striker and Flamewar tried to disable Optimus Prime with electrified harpoons, but it was ineffective. Prime ultimately escaped, but Team Stream managed to defeat and capture Ultra Magnus. Darkness, Once Gazed Upon: Part One
When word reached Megatron that Exarchon was active again in the Sonic Canyons, he dispatched his Decepticons to dispose of the threat. However, Shockwave had begun collaborating with Exarchon again on behalf of the Rise, and he ordered Slipstream and Team Stream to stand down. Blackjack and Tracer refused that order, believing Exarchon was too great a threat to ignore. Shadow Striker remained with Slipstream, but actively raised the same concerns to her lieutenant. War's End Part Two
When the lost combiner Devastator returned to ally himself with the Rise, Slipstream took that as a call to action and lead the team into the canyons after him. When Exarchon emerged to greet them, he did not alleviate Shadow Striker's concerns—mad, dismissive, and ranting about quenching Cybertron itself. He then turned on his new combiner ally, and tried to usurp Devastator's spark with his own. War's End Part Three A combiner spark proved beyond his capabilities to assimilate, which led Exarchon to eye Team Stream as sustenance for his hungry spark. Slipstream switched gears and ordered her team to retreat. As they left, Shadow Striker noticed Flamewar hadn't come with them, though Hyperdrive couldn't care less. She eventually caught up, and Team Stream allied with the other Autobots and Decepticons to finally vanquish Exarchon. War's End Part Four
Team Stream joined the Decepticons for their final struggle with the Autobots at Darkmount. Though the last Ark escaped, Shadow Striker and the others took several Autobots prisoner in the wake of the battle. Fate of Cybertron
My Little Pony/Transformers
After Shockwave had opened a space bridge back to Equestria, Shadow Striker and Airachnid were sent to the Crystal Mountains. The pair discovered a crystal that pulsed with magic power, and unknowingly brought King Sombra to Cybertron. The Magic of Cybertron
After Sombra's defeat, Shadow Striker and Slipstream were present at the spacebridge as the ponies returned the captured villain to Equestria. Finale

Transformers: Heavy Metal
Shadow Striker was among the Decepticons under Starscream's command who invaded Earth in search of Energon. Shockwave's repair jobs had left her with an uneven build. She also had a particular vendetta against Bumblebee, which the Autobot wasn't sure what he'd done to cause. Transformers: Heavy Metal

Notes
- While this version of Shadow Striker isn't the first female Decepticon from the Generation 1 continuity family to be named this—that honor goes to the Dodge Viper Transformer from the Universe franchise—this version of the character is pretty much a straight cross-continuity transplant of the Decepticon from the Cyberverse cartoon, so we've opted to give her her own page (though, it should be noted the original Shadow Striker's sister, Roulette, is featured in the Transformers comic).
