Delphine Chauvier

Delphine Chauvier (b. January 18, 1977) is a Belgian actress specialized in dubbing.
She is mostly known for being the French voice of many Pokémon in various Pokémon animated series, films and videogames, but she is also the voice of Julia Blaze in Inazuma Eleven or Pacifica Northwest in Gravity Falls.
