Daira

Daira (ダイラ) is a living planet. Its atmosphere is similar to Earth's, but the ground has a tendency to form murderous rock-people that can combine into a greater monster and form barriers to entrap victims. The rock-people are an extension of the planet's will, serving to collect materials to be consumed in the planet's fires to sustain Daira.
Daira also serves as the endpoint for asteroid streams, so anybody lost in the nearby asteroid belts will end up here. All the more food for Daira.

Fiction
The Headmasters cartoon
Both Daniel Witwicky and Sixshot were stranded in the asteroid belts and brought to Daira by the currents. There, Sixshot investigated and found Daniel who was initially distrusting of the Decepticon. A rock-person leaped out to attack Daniel, but was destroyed by Sixshot, who noted that the presence of rock-people meant that they were on Daira. They were also trapped in a barrier created by the rock-people, visible as a rainbow. The two bonded during their time together and observed the rock-people throwing spaceship wreckage into fires to feed the planet. The rock-people made frequent attacks on the duo.
The human and Decepticon's stay on the planet came to a head when a group of rock-people threw themselves into the planet's fire and combined into one giant rock creature. Sixshot was initially unable to even damage the creature, but a shot by Daniel revealed its weakness: the head. Sixshot aimed true and ripped the head off, causing the creature to disintegrate. The Autobots soon arrived to rescue Daniel and Sixshot flew off on his own. My Friend Sixshot!

- The Armorizers of the Infernac Universe take some inspiration from Daira's rocky avatars. The head and color scheme of Geocron directly references the inhabitant from the screenshot above.
