This cactus is UNDER CONSTRUCTION
This article is a work in progress.
...Well, all the articles here are, in a way. But this one moreso, and the article may contain incomplete information and editor's notes.
So very stubbly.
This page is rather stubbly and could use some expansion.
Are you a bad enough dude to rescue this article?
Hmmm...
To do:
Pretty much everything along with fixing the format of the page.

Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters is the first game in the series on the PSP, though a PS2 port followed a year later. It opened to positive reviews on the PSP, and mediocre reviews on the PS2, mainly thanks to the home console version of the game having little to no improvements over the PSP version of the game. It still receives flak from diehard fans of the series, and that's not just because the game's name is quite possibly the worst innuendo of all time.

Unused Skins

Item Works in-game? SP/MP Notes Screenshot
garbageCan Ratchet Yes SP A garbage can skin. This is a Japanese exclusive skin, however its files are present on every version of the game. You can apply this skin in both the North American and European versions by replacing another skin with this one in the game's files. Garbageratchet.png

Unused Level

There is a level named TEMPLATE.MB.WAD in the lobby directory of the game's files. The level has no minimap or reveal map data.

This level is where Ratchet is while the player is in the multiplayer menu.

Cut Weapon

Singularity Gun

  • Singularity Gun
  • Singularity Gun V.2
  • Singularity Gun V.3
  • N2 Singularity Launcher

Its last level was called Singularity Cannon in pre-release builds (Demo and Online Public Beta).

Despite this weapon being ultimately cut from the game, the developers wrote weapon descriptions for it.

Only recently legalized (on some planets), the Singularity Gun surrounds enemies and compacts them into n-space - never to be heard from again.
Utilizing self-recouperating warp conduit loops, the N2 Singularity Launcher compounds the implosive energy generated between the n-space layers, magnifies them, and repulses them back into real-space in the form of a powerful explosion.
