This study aims at knowing the extent of the Capital Adequacy , both tangible and non-tangible, as well as the Capital Adequacy rate on the earnings per share in the Islamic banks in the Kingdom of Bahrain for the period 2010-2013. An important aspect of Islamic finance in the retail market has been the introduction of mortgage products for housing finance. These are offered by a number of banks in the UK. The aim of this research is to examine the characteristics of the UK market for Islamic mortgages and to analyse the activities of the major institutions involved. Supply and demand conditions are explored. Two new species, Vartiania belli sp. n. from India (Karnataka State: Kanara) and V. gallagheri sp. n. from Oman (Al Wusta Region), are described. The redescription of a little known species V. muscula (Rothschild, 1912) from Central Asia is given.

The life expectancy rate of individuals worldwide has risen, and Saudi Arabia is not excluded. Rising long-life expectancy may jeopardize employees’ pensions and reduce the chances of adequate earnings and a decent life after retirement.
