However, little is known about the entrepreneurship of this growing group. Moreover, a considerable number of researchers propose that entrepreneurial self-efficacy is one of the critical factors that influence individuals to make entrepreneurial decisions in the entrepreneurial domain. Therefore, this paper takes a group of international students as its research object to explore the impact of the four capability dimensions of entrepreneurial self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intention (EI) and its relationship with demographic characteristics in the Hungarian context. The four capability dimensions tested in this study include operation and management capacity (OMC), relationship coordination capacity (RCC), risk tolerance capacity (RTC), and innovative and opportunity identification capacity (IOIC)....

There are several measures taken by the organizations to work in a green or eco-friendly manner, and among these measures, green human resources management has become an important practice of an organization. This study explores the role of Green human resources management (green HRM) in predicting the green work engagement (GWE) of employees. The study surveyed employees from three big energy companies that operate in Hungary. The research focused on four main practices of Green HRM and aimed to find out whether they can predict green work engagement. In this study, self-administered questionnaires were used as a tool for collecting the data through online channels, and around 238 employees responded to fill out the questionnaire. After collecting the data, hypotheses were tested by using SEM analysis to fulfill the study's objectives. The results indicated that only green rewards, green training, and green performance management significantly predicted GWE. In contrast, green performance management was not a significant predictor of GWE. The study tries to bring better understanding for the managers, policymakers, and future researchers to identify the role of these practices in an organization.

Many studies have found that both trust and organizational justice have a direct positive impact on organizational performance. However, the relationship between them has not been considered widely, especially in the Middle East. Therefore, the study aims to examine the relationship between organizational distributive justice and the trust climate among the employees in three Middle Eastern countries and to find out what demographic variables affect this relationship. The sample of the study consisted of 190 employees who came from three countries, namely, Syria, Egypt, and Turkey. To achieve the purpose of the study, a questionnaire of 20 items was sent online to employees.. Later descriptive analysis methods and Pearson correlation were used to achieve the purposes of this study. The study found that there was a strong positive relationship between organizational distributive justice and the trust climate. Besides, there was a significant difference in organizational distributive justice when it was related to work experience. There were also statistically significant differences in trust in the supervisor, related to age; moreover, there were significant differences in trust in the organization and co-workers depending on work experience level, however, gender did not show any significant differences.

In addition, we intend to study the moderating role played by learning orientation in the relationship between transformational leadership and employee creativity. Design/methodology/approach – Data have been collected from employees working at the Airtel and Aircel call centers of J&K (India). A two-step approach to structural equation modeling (SEM) was applied. Confirmatory factor analysis was conducted to assess the proposed measurement model fit and construct validity. The structural model was generated to test the significance of the theoretical relationships. Findings – The results revealed that there is a positive relationship between transformational leadership and employee creativity, and it is being moderated by learning orientation. Research limitations/implications – Although this study expands our knowledge about the role of learning orientation between...

The mobilities of these students have notably increased their participation in part-time jobs or internships in the host country. These work experiences could broaden the perspectives of international students regarding the organizational operation modes in the host country’s firms; moreover, they may impact their ability to interculturally adjust to the host country’s culture, clarifying their intentions to stay or not. This article attempts to find out how perceived organizational support (POS) affects international students’ plans to stay and work abroad (IS), as well as what roles conflict management climate (CMC) and intercultural adjustment (IA) play in this relationship. A linear snowball sampling method was used to collect the data. The s...

The research questionnaire was designed and distributed to Egyptian employees working in big multinational organizations using snowball and convincing sampling methods. The results showed that not all diversity management practices (recruitment, awareness, and diversity policy) could predict trust climate or distributive justice; on the other hand, age and work experience could predict the relationship between the studied variables. Although gender had an impact on this relationship, it was not significant. These results provided a spotlight on the effects of a few diversity management practices on two of the organizational climate elements, also showing which of the demographic variables can have an impact on this relationship. This thing will be necessary for researchers who wish to focus on Egyptian literature on this topic or for managers who seek to apply diversity management practices at their companies.
