Love for the Weekend

Source: The Every Girl
In an effort for you all to know me a little better, as well as spread the love to other bloggers, sites, etc that I enjoy, I will be posting various links every Friday. These links will be whatever I've found interesting, exciting, or what I've absolutely fallen in love with over the past 7-ish days. Enjoy!

I am completely and inappropriately excited about this kit subscription! And you know, I'll be a subscriber!

If you don't follow me on Instagram (which you should-it's in my sidebar!), you know that I recently acquired this.  I'm using these printable inserts and am LOVING them!

Of course, I downloaded this app. I'm curious to how it will change my very lax approach to memory documenting. I'm hoping I can make it work for me.

That's all I have for you this week. Let me know some links you're loving right now in the comments section!

xoxo,
Heather

Oh. My. Gosh. This woman is my fashion role model! I have loved almost every. single. thing. she's posted on her blog. Check it out, NOW!

And because of said blog, I absolutely NEED this!

This blog has some lovely printable planners, as well as other printables. I may be purchasing one...

I've never made these kinds of cards, but this one really makes me want to start!

And, in case you were wondering about my project for the September Just Two Midwest Girls scrap challenge, you can find that here.

Such a great tutorial on using your Silhouette for hybrid scrapbooking! There's so many possibilities with the Silhouette; it's time for me to explore!

I definitely don't need this, but I really, really, REALLY want it!

I'm pretty sure I'll be using this collection for my Journal Your Christmas 2014 album. Now, if I can keep it to just this collection...

Experimenting with this layout design in my DIY Planner.

Something new is up at the Just Two Midwest Girls blog

Printed out these to start setting up a blog planner!

I've linked a post to Sarah's blog before, in this same blog series. This post is good!

I really want to read this book, especially now that I'm seeing it on Elise Cripe's Instagram feed!

If you've missed what Just Two Midwest Girls have been doing this month, check out this round up post.

This is such a cute idea! Also, I love the name because it's my mom's, even with the "right" spelling!

So excited for one of my favorite memory keepers! I love this new direction she's heading. She reminds me all the time why I started and should continue documenting my stories!

And because I'm on the hunt for the best way to schedule blog posts and basically to run my blog efficiently, I've been scouring the net for ideas. Here's what I have so far.

Have a great week! Come back tomorrow for a fun blog hop!

Lately, I've been on this kick to make these kind of better decisions.

I think this will help with those better decisions.

I really like how this (which is very popular in the papercrafting world) is linked to those said better decisions I want to make.

I registered for this, starting in September. You should play along too!

Of course, I HAVE to have all the things! All of them!

I read this weekly...because I'm a nerd.

I love watching any kind of tutorial. Lately, I've been watching mini album tutorials over on YouTube. One YTer, My Sisters Scrapper, makes gorgeous mini albums, as well as creates tutorials every once in awhile. This is something I would like to make soon. I see something like this going into my Etsy shop for the quickly approaching holiday season.

I am very intrigued by this. I would like to sign up, but it looks like the first "kit" doesn't come out until October. Do I sign up now and hope it's everything I love, or do I wait (forever) for October to see what they have to offer...? #firstworldproblems

I really enjoy it when bloggers put together this type of post. Especially when it directly correlates with my current obsession with planners!

I know I've featured this before in this series, but I want to highlight it again. I have absolutely fallen in love with this! It's helped me stay on track, pay better attention to my own body, as well as create a habit. You all should give this a try. I promise you, you will not be disappointed!

And, because I know you all are so curious as to what I'm reading right now, check it out.

This week, I decided to make my own planner just for work. I was very specific about what I wanted. This post and this post gave me inspiration! More on my DIY work planner next week!

I want this bangle, and this bangle, and this bangle, and this one! Plus, it's all made in the USA!

I've already watched this trailer 10 times today. Can't wait to see this movie...for the obvious reasons! Like, I can't even.

This post is amazing and something I've always thought since this "inspirational" quote started floating around the Internet. (Inspired by Elise Cripe)

Also from the lovely Elise, this wonderful journey she's taking to document her relationship with beautiful daughter during her second year.

Last, but definitely not least, a little something from my challenge blog I co-host with Kelly.

I am so excited about this challenge! You should join along too! So far, I've completed 4 consecutive days.

While you're at the above link, I discovered this site, which makes me happy.

I'm excited I found this blog post full of video tutorials. Just another hobby I'd like to take up!

Reading this post, I can identify with some. There are others I need to consciously work toward.

My Milwaukee Trip...in Photos

I'm finally posting some of my photos from my Milwaukee trip at the end of April! One of my best friends in the whole world lives in Milwaukee. It was my first time visiting her since she moved there in July 2013. I miss her tons! I wish we lived closer together, but we do a pretty good job visiting one another and scheduling many phone dates.

Untitled

This trip consisted of talking, food, beer, sightseeing, food, driving around, a belated birthday cake, beer, lots of photo taking, food, baking, Hunger Games, shopping, local restaurants, food, walking around in the Historic Third Ward, antiquing, and did I mention food?

Here are photos. These were all taken with my phone, so not the best quality, but my trip is documented!

Milwaukee is a lot of fun. I would like to go back during the summer months and take Mr. Sweet with me.

Have any of you been to Milwaukee? What was your favorite thing to do while visiting?

I have become OBSESSED with this form of planning. I even purchased this trial for August to see how well it works for me. I'll let you know the status of that fun adventure in the weeks to come.

I have been intrigued by the elusive editorial calendar. This post does a pretty good job of explaining it.

This sounds really intriguing. I'm tempted to try it. I love me a good monthly subscription box!

I'm a sucker for office supplies and sticky notes. Anything to pretty up my planner. I can't wait to get my hands on these, these, and these

I recently discovered this blogger and author, although she's been around for a bit. She's very inspirational. This post was very lovely to read.

I've been curious about these and a healthy living lifestyle. I'll keep you all in the loop with my journey on learning more about them and incorporating them into my daily life.
