I always used Skype to make phone calls to real international phone numbers; You can buy some credit for money and call whichever number you like for very cheap as if you had a pay-as-you-go phone that can place calls to all countries without roaming fees.

Now I am looking for alternatives to Skype because Microsoft doesn't let me buy more credits until I merge my Microsoft account with my Skype account and screw them...

I can't use Google Voice because I am in Europe.

So what other alternatives are out there which I can use to call pone numbers from my PC all over the world for cheap?

    So you would be fine with a Google account to use Google Voice but not Microsoft? Microsoft has required a Microsoft Account for Skype for nearly 10 years now. In either case a question seeking a service recommendation is out of scope.
