Wario: Master of Disguise (怪盗ワリオ・ザ・セブン Kaitō Wario za Sebun?, Kaitō Wario the Seven), is a platform video game developed by SUZAK, and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo DS handheld video game console. The game was released on January 18, 2007 in Japan, and was released on March 5 in North America. The game's Japanese title refers to the fact that he has seven "forms" (other than his normal "Thief" form). It is the first Wario platform game since Wario World, released in 2003.

Story[edit | edit source]

The game starts out with Wario sitting back in his house, watching his television. As he flips through the channels, he comes upon a show about a thief, Silver Zephyr, who can wield various disguises. Jealous of and infuriated by this character, Wario quickly creates the Telmet, a helmet that allows him to enter the TV show. The rest of the game is based on helping Wario find and defeat different thieves, with different treasures.
