Tips Before Playing[edit | edit source]
It's a good idea to get used to the controls of Halo. Although Halo's campaign does explain most controls, it is handy enough to already know them all.
It is also handy to practice a bit in multiplayer mode, if you have a PC/Mac version or an active Xbox Live subscription.
And the Journey begins![edit | edit source]
The The Pillar of Autumn is being tailed by the Covenant. Captain Keyes, captain of the Pillar of Autumn, decides to call for a complete evacuation, of everyone on-board after having discovered their attempts to evade the superior Covenant fleet have failed.
Cortana, Captain Keyes' computerised assistant and the ship's AI, agrees with Keyes to unleash their most fierce weapon upon the Covenant, you, the Master Chief.
