I love this pattern, it looks complicated but took me just an hour to stitch, it is another of Ann;s patterns No a485, i mounted this one onto lilac glitter paper and onto green pearlescent card, i think the two colours compliment each other well.
Stitch-a-greeting is all about the beautiful art of embroidery on card, cross stitch and blackwork.

Cat
Now this one i really did enjoy stitching, i think the cat is so cute and the addition of the flourish and flowers makes it look really good, the pattern is from the new Hobbyzine book.
Beaded card
This pattern is from the Hobbydols book No 52, i wasn't quite sure if i was going to like it but once i had stitched it i was very happy, i have mounted it onto purple mirror card which i think looks really good, unfortunately the purple doesn't show up very well on the scan.
Ann's pattern
I really enjoyed stitching this pattern and knew what colours i was going to use as soon as i saw it, i hope you all like it.

This is a card i made for the contest on Ann's forum, unfortunately you can't see the gold mirror card very well, i have to admit that i wasn't very sure of the colours i used, and i nearly didn't finish it as i ran out of orange thread, but thankfully Carol from the Kentish Crafters craft group that i belong to came to my rescue, so Thankyou carol.
This is a card i made for a dear friend who lost her Mum a few days ago, and below is the verse that i put inside, it means a lot to me as i lost my own Mum around the same time just before Mothers day, seven years ago.
I used two of Ann's paper art patterns on this one as i thought they worked really well together, the praying hands is one of my favourite patterns, i love stitching them.
