Discrimination against women is a problem that often occurs in almost all levels of society, even in most parts of the world. This study aims to determine the understanding of gender equality and how the results of the analysis to reduce violence and provide justice for women in Indonesia. The method used is field research by collecting data, conducting interviews, and analyzing documentation data. Gender is not a movement that fights for women's destiny, on the contrary, it is a movement that erases maternal instincts from women by separating the natural and non-natural roles. Thus, gender is not just a term but a doctrine feminist that erases human nature.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi tidak saja mampu menciptakan dunia global namun juga telah mengembangkan ruang gerak kehidupan baru bagi masyarakat yaitu kehidupan masyarakat maya. Based on historical reports, Islamic epistemology paradigm has evolved from time to time bringing different schools each other. This paper aims at revealing such differences. Methods employed are philosophical Literary Review where compiled data are analyzed inductively to formulate theoretical constructions. Research findings reveal that peripatetic philosophers highlight their mind as a dominant tool to gain knowledge using demonstrative method (burhānī).Whilst illuminative philosophers, ‘irfāniyyīn, and Sufis believe that knowledge can only be derived from mystical intuition after purification of the heart (qalb) trough practices (riyāḍah). Different schools such as ones held by Mulla Sadra and Abed al-Jabiri are based on those distinctive principles.  

AbstrakPenelitian ini difokuskan pada Pengaruh Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Audit Delay (Studi Empiris pada Perusahaan Pertambangan yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2015). In this case, many actors are involved in it, such as the presence of pimps, sex brokers, place providers, delivery agents, and so on. They can be referred to as facilitators of adultery, in addition to the adulterer itself. The purpose of this study was to determine the view of fiqh jinayah towards facilitators of adultery acts and its sanctions. By using the content analysis method as well as the juridical-normative approach to various qualitative data in form of rules and theories related to the object of research, this study shows that facilitators of the acts are categorized as jarimah and jarimah ta'zir to be specific. This study focuses on the legal protection of the insured in the payment of life insurance claims, this study aims to examine: 1) Form of legal protection of the insured in the payment of life insurance claims. 2) The responsibility of the insurance company in paying life insurance claims. 3) The form of dispute resolution that occurs between the insured party and the insurer in the payment of life insurance claims. The results of the research are: 1) The form of legal protection of the insured in the payment of life insurance claims, if the guarantor of default is in the form of not carrying out the performance as agreed on in the insurance policy. 2) The responsibility of the insurance company in paying life insurance claims is regulated in several legal provisions both in the Consumer Protection Act, Civil Code, Commercial Law, and in the Law concerning Insurance Business. 3), the form of dispute resolution between the insured and the insurer in the payment of life insurance claims is generally settled through an arbitration institution in accordance with the clause in the policy, but if the policy is not determined which institution resolves the dispute, it can file legal remedies in the District Court or institution dispute resolution outside the court.

Fokus kajiannya adalah metode yang digunakan Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Huda II Kabupaten Ciamis dalam membina santrinya mengikuti tahfizd al-Qur’an.
