Stiren monooksigenaza (EC 1.14.14.11, StyA, SMO, NSMOA) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom stiren,FADH2:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- stiren + FADH2 + O2 (S)-2-feniloksiran + FAD + H2O
Ovaj enzim katalizuje prvi korak u aerobnoj degradaciji stirena.
