Mevaldat reduktaza (NADPH) (EC 1.1.1.33, mevaldat (redukovani nikotinamid adenin dinukleotid fosfat) reduktaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (R)-mevalonat:NADP+ oksidoreduktaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- (R)-mevalonat + NADP+ mevaldat + NADPH + H+
Dva supstrata ovog enzima su (R)-mevalonat i NADP+, dok su njegova 3 produkta: mevaldat, NADPH, i H+.
