    "Clearly structured software, indispensable"

    Pros: - usable everywhere
    - simple operation
    - quick creation of addresses
    - ticket-tracking is very useful
    - nice helpful people
    - never seen in this way before

    Cons: - design of the interface is outdated
    - loading time is sometimes too long

    Overall: I don't have many comparisons, but I find it very convenient to have everything in one system. I know people who use 5-7 programs to do their work, so you lose track. onOffice enterprise is a bit outdated in design, but functionally up to date. I'm very happy with it and I'm looking forward to what's to come.

The support is always on the spot quickly and helps extensively and with competent expertise. The many additional modules facilitate the daily work immensely and optimize the own processes. The many help offers and training opportunities help you to quickly and reliably find your way around the software yourself.

    Location-independent and always by my side.
    Automized processes and projects save valuable working time.
    Great personal contact.

    Cons: Software has a lot of settings that you have to deal with, but the support is always helpful and there are lots of training offers.

    Overall: I don't want to miss the software anymore. With onOffice I save time and can invest it in other important projects, for example in customer service.

    Pros: - Portal independent
    - Combines all modules that are relevant for me (email management, - property management, task management, project management and much more)
    - Makes my everyday work easier
    - Great support from the personal sales contact person and support- team
    - Online availability: You don’t need to download a program

    Cons: Possibly the long waiting times in the support line are to be mentioned here, but these show on the other hand that a lot of time is taken for the individual problems of the clients.

    Overall: In summary, it can be said here that I have already accompanied onOffice through several stages of development and that the software is characterized by constant improvements in recent years. The focus here is always on making our everyday work easier for us real estate agents, so that we have time for personal talks with our customers. All in all, the onOffice enterprise software is a real added value in my everyday office life.

    - Many automatization options (processes, request management, etc.)
    - Not bound to any portal
    - Easy creation of exposés
    - Great team behind the scenes
    - Good documentation of the software, many webinars and videos for instruction

    Cons: - To use all functions efficiently, you have to invest some time in the beginning, but it's worth it
    - The app still has a few weak points
    - The e-mail management offers only the basic functions

    Overall: We are satisfied with onOffice and use many of the features. That is also the big plus of the software: almost everything is covered. All in all, a recommendable product, but the user first has to deal with it extensively.

    - sometimes the loading times are quite long
