Pros: iGrafx gives us ability to integrate our customers data and our planning process. iGrafx monitors the progress of our everyday performance and notify us when there are challenges or possible problem areas in our departments. All data that comes into our systems from different sources is analyzed, scrutinized and effectively used for decision making across the entire organization.

Cons: It's very difficult to extract maps into useable or readable pdf documents and this is frustrating, hope they improve on that.also the customer support team is slow to respond which may affect productivity, they should work on ensuring customer complaints are handled quickly and efficiently.

Overall: I had a good experience with the platform, it has helped me figure out all our data in a way that we are able to plan for the future, the setup is pretty easy which makes the entire process and use enjoyable. iGrafx has a simple and user friendly interface that makes using the solution easy and less cumbersome. I had an easy and enjoyable time using the platform.

Pros: I absolutely love iGrafx for process capture and mapping. It is intuitive and easy to use and took no time to get started.

Cons: The web diagramming capabilities are extremely limited with fewer templates compared to the desktop counterpart and it can be a little costly for small teams.

Overall: I would recommend iGrafx as my tool of choice for process diagramming, modelling and simulation for process improvement.

Pros: Effective for process collaboration. Also helps with project management and performance Easy to create and update process.

Cons: If you are just starting out, you may need some training. It is intuitive but has many features.

Overall: I highly recommend for its effectiveness with process collaboration and performance management

Pros: An excellent application for the easy capture of process diagrams and for understanding the relationships between them.

Cons: The only complaint that I have is that the features most important to me such as VSM and simulation are only available in the desktop client. I have been informed they are coming soon to a web interface.

Overall: I have not found an easier or better application for the capture of process maps.

Pros: My team uses this software everyday to create process maps and diagrams so the analyst understand clearly how to perform the tasks of their job. Because the repository is easily accessible to everyone, I know that every has the correct version of the process.

Cons: I would love to see some more industry specific templates available

Overall: I love the iGrafx applications. They are very easy to learn and use.

Pros: iGrafx has provided the ability for us to quickly capture our diagrams and make sure that all have the ability to have the process knowledge necessary to do their jobs.

Cons: We have not encountered any issues with the software or support thus far.

Overall: The iGrafx team has been very helpful in making sure we have the tools and knowledge needed to fully understand our business landscape.
