    Pros: The Autoscheduler feature is an enormous timesaver. We also enjoy the ability to exclude certain riders from certain drivers, and the ability to set reminders when drivers' credentialing is getting close to expiring.

    Cons: Nothing comes to mind right away, as far as cons.

    Overall: TripMaster by CTS has helped us grow exponentially. We wouldn't be where we are today without it.

    Pros: Ease of use and customer service. CTS has a knowledgeable and accessible customer service staff that has proven to be responsive.

    Cons: I'd like CTS to design and deploy a dashboard. A dashboard would allow users to view system stress, peak vehicles, and other important variables in live time.

    Overall: I am a satisfied CTS customer / client. I am satisfied with system use, reporting, customer service, and support.

    Pros: The software is very easy to learn and user friendly. There are many reporting options that can be utilized to evaluate our transportation department's efficiency and assist us in improving our transportation services. The customer support has been great!

    Overall: So far, our overall experience with transitioning to the TripMaster CTS software has been a very positive experience. We were utilizing an alternate company for our transportation support services and have been very pleased regarding our decision to transition to TripMaster.

    Pros: TripMaster is a game changer! The platform allows for out of the box thinking and creative options for increased ridership, better efficiency and more personalized services! From decreasing overtime, to higher passengers per hour, and everything in between, the options are unlimited. If you don’t know how, CTS team is always willing to go above and beyond to help achieve high standard goals or just getting back to the basics.

    Cons: Lots of options can be over whelming for new users with little technology experience. Dispatching/scheduling screen is hard to see on small screen.

    Overall: 10/10 recommend. Auto scheduling, with the option of easy manual scheduling, is perfect for any system big or small.

    Pros: Easy to use for our dispatchers.
    Easy to use for our drivers.
    Excellent reporting capabilities.
    Easy to change trips "on the fly"
    Built in navigation.
    Pass Management.
    Great technical support.
    Auto Schedule.

    Cons: Sometimes the auto scheduling module does not take in all the parameters required.

    Overall: This is great software for a transit system. We do mostly demand response with one fixed route. When we switched over our biggest concern was how the older drivers would adapt. After about one week no one wanted to go back to the old system. We are much more efficient with our time and equipment because of TripMaster. Highly recommend!

    Pros: Easy Access to use after being trained.
    Liability in the sense that it never fails when you have it on your tablet.
    Good resource person - have good resources about how to use the app.
    Dependable because I can call a technician with an IT experience to help me solve my problem. Example is Tim.

    Cons: Technical problems with billing. I do have problems when doing billing. Initially it was fine but for a week now.

    Overall: Happy to use the CTS app because it is reliable and easy to operate. Better than the few apps I have used and easy to understand how it operates.

    "We love CTS-TripMaster"

    Pros: TripMaster is very user-friendly. We have had very few issues with TripMaster and when an issue has presented, CTS has been quick to respond and to make the needed repairs. Our agency has used CTS TripMaster software for 15 years, and we highly recommend it for rural demand response transportation. We are a very small tier-1 rural county, with limited funding, and we find CTS TripMaster to be the best value for our needs. They have a highly skilled staff and they are always friendly and nice.

    Cons: We do not like the fixed route part of TripMaster at all. The statistics do not migrate into our reports but have to be totaled and added manually.

    Overall: Overall, we do not believe there is a better product out there for the price. As far as training, reports, customer service, ease of use, and affordability CTS TripMaster is a great product.

    Pros: Outstanding customer service.
    Best prices available.
    User friendly products.
    After the sale follow up.
    Knowledgeable staff.
    Excellent onsite and video training.
    Thorough reporting.

    Cons: Not currently offering an option for micro-transit. Currently, if you use TripMaster as your paratransit software, you will also have to use a different vendor to offer micro-transit. This makes it difficult to co-mingle trips and requires multiple pieces of software and hardware to perform.

    Overall: One of the best transit software companies in the country. I would highly recommend any of the TripMaster products to any agency regardless of size. You will not go wrong with TripMaster.

    Pros: Easy to train staff how to use.
    Seamless change from old software to TripMaster.
    Training was effective, efficient and detailed.
    Technical support has been responsive within minutes.
    Software is adaptable to our unique service needs.
    Several included features such as passenger counting and pre/post trip inspections.
    Website design is visually appealing and intuitive.
    Reporting is done in very simple steps and is exported to several formats.
    AVL feature helps dispatch keep track of vehicles
    Scheduling feature has increased efficiency and made it possible to transport more passengers with less resources.

    Cons: Some reports were difficult to create myself but TripMaster created the report within minutes. I think this could be done by myself with more training.

    Overall: The overall experience has been very positive. The drivers are able to use the software on in-vehicle tablets. They say it is easy and does not distract them from their driving activities. Due to the ease of of the system, we have been able to train some drivers as back up dispatchers. Dispatch is able to take reservations as they are on the call because the system is so easy. Scheduling takes minutes not hours. Any reports that I couldn't create on my own were provided by TripMaster within hours of my request. I continue to get support whenever needed.

    Pros: Makes scheduling much easier, and moving trips around in the system is very easy. There are lots of reports you can run to covering about any aspect of your business.

    Cons: If you use Access2care there is several issue with there billing. I have made multiple calls to TripMaster. But they have never been able to fix the issues. The rep always promises a call back but we never receive it.

    Overall: Great product once you learn it. Support isn’t that great. But overall it’s still a great product to use. It is very user friendly and easy to maneuver.

    Pros: I like the way the system will allow you to save and swap also when i can see the drivers location to allow me to alert the passengers.

    Cons: It's really nothing i can say is wrong but when i get a payment i put it into the fare section but its no way the driver can see that the client has paid up on fare that manner.

    Overall: The system is great thank you tech support is great about informing me of changes and great about getting back with me on any questions i have or issues.

    Pros: We have been using this product since the inception of our Senior Non-Emergency Medical Transportation program almost 6 years ago and it has worked well for us. The TripMaster software is user friendly, reliable and consistent in it's response to the drivers that rely on it. The tech support staff respond quickly to help sort out the few minor glitches we have encountered which were more on the user side than not. Training videos provided by the product are helpful and the software is upgraded regularly.

    Cons: We have encountered no major issues with this product.

    Overall: Overall, we have had a good experience with this software. It is user friendly and reliable; support staff are knowledgeable and professional.

    Pros: Ease of access from either computer or mobile device,
    Data collection reports,
    Passenger tracking,
    vehicle tracking,
    TripMaster is not difficult to learn, we find the built in training modules helpful.
    Customer service is great to work with very responsive.
    Medicaid company cross software merges,
    Continuing education models to keep learning the uses for all the aspects of the program.

    Cons: Price points for extra features.
    Period of time a password is good for seems short feels like we are changing it several times.

    Overall: This software makes the world of transportation management significantly easier than spreadsheets and paper. Having worked with the spreadsheet/paper option, TripMaster makes a world of difference in accuracy of tracking the statistics we use, keeping passenger addresses from previous trips so we don't have to keep finding them trip after trip, and so much more. The monthly webinars are a great resource and over all just a great software to work with.

    Pros: TripMaster is great for scheduling and seating and subscription routes. The GPS, sending messages, tracking drivers and their speeds have been a major asset to us. Ease of learning, printing and the ability to switch to dispatch or driver trips are great. We love that it is broker-friendly, which ultimately cuts our time and efforts.

    Cons: We tried the vehicle maintenance for a month or two and it was so difficult to set up and get caught up that we abandoned that aspect of Maintenance. It was too time consuming to input to the point we needed to be. The pricing was above our reach, unless we had started in the beginning when we first came onboard with TripMaster.

    Overall: I have personally looked into other CTS programs and TripMaster is the most comfortable for us and most user friendly. I have been using TripMaster for over 20 years, before we were online and find it to be our best option. I am unable to change the email below, but my email is [email protected]

    Pros: It's pretty much error proof! You can set reoccurring rides, run reports, create reports and so much more. Real time, web based, make changes and they automatically notify the driver. You can set parameters, setting up is super simple. If you do Medicaid transportation some of the contract's contract with TripMaster and you do everything including bill from the app. The IT department is quick acting, best product hands down.

    Cons: I was not happy that when they come out with additional options that you have to add them on, and they cost. I get it, but I don't get the ad ons.

    Overall: Overall I love this product! It honestly saved my sanity! I took over a department with no training and all I had was a google calendar to create schedules. That was the worst way to run my department. Once we got TripMaster my life became so much easier.

    Pros: I like the ease of the program, I can create daily schedules in minutes and create billing reports in record time. The customer service is wonderful, they respond within minutes. The ongoing training is a plus and I enjoy the monthly webinars.

    Cons: More NEMT Brokers should use the service, I wish you can manage the program from a cell phone

    Overall: I will rate this software a 9 out of 10 it makes managing of my business production. The program cuts down on admin time by 3 hours.

    Pros: The price point of their product is unmatched. They continue to try and improve the current product.

    Cons: At times when adding a new function, it can be a bit messy going back and forth within the program. It will work itself out with the practice of using it.

    Overall: Very happy with the people I have met within the organization. I enjoy using the product. I believe they are growing with the additions of other companies added into the fold.
