Pros: Support and integration teams were patient and super helpful during integration and launch in helping us getting the most out of the platform.

Cons: Implementation took longer than expected mostly due to our stores customizations and getting the PIM to interface with those correctly.

Overall: Pimberly has been a great tool for our organization. Initial setup and integration took longer than expected due to the extent of customizations of our webstore. The support and integration teams were super helpful during the entire process and we're able to get the PIM up and running for us.

Overall: Pimberly is a great product management system with a lot of useful features but can be unclear when trouble shooting problematic data.

Pros: It is an easy-to-use tool that is capable of providing flexible solutions to product enrichment and listing processes.

Support is top-class. They respond very quickly to tickets (always when something is urgent). The support always tackles all levels of issues and questions with great detail, explaining with supporting material when needed.

Technical account management is excellent to work work, helping formulate ideas, and roll out new features while being detailed in solving process needs.

Cons: Development of some areas of the PIM can take longer than anticipated.

Overall: An excellent company to work with, that is growing and showing why they are becoming a market leader.

Pros: Ease to use and implement well with my backend user website. It makes my listing process much faster to offer more products to my store and use that extra time for other business aspects.

Cons: Could have an easier view, display for users to use and scroll.

Overall: Great software makes it easy and faster to upload products to my webstore. I can list much faster with many tools and customizations.

Pros: Pimberly allows a seamless, easy transition from other applications into theirs, making the adjustment period much shorter for those transitioning into learning the Pimberly application. The mass editing of products and approval system makes it easy for anybody listing products to make changes in one fell swoop and for managers of those departments to ensure quality control is met before products go live. Customer service support from Pimberly is always fast and easy, with solutions for any problem that may arise. It is solving a mass editing issue as well as simplifying the listing process of eCommerce. It allows a much more functional and easy import into other applications to log such as NetSuite and BigCommerce, leading to a faster implementation of those products onto the website.

Cons: There are some import hiccups when used with other applications like BigCommerce. Some products get imported incorrectly whether it be photos not being imported over, the text in the descriptions being messed up, etc.

Overall: Despite the import issues that Pimberly may have, it is overall a great product to use for those beginning to set up their eCommerce stores or those who are now looking for new solutions & products.

Cons: Digital asset assigning is a bit clunky, hosting of the asset and assigning can be time consuming if working with a lot of IDs.

Easy to build product data with additional attributes so no need to have everything in for the system start.
Excellent compatibility with all major ERP systems.
Ability to use the PIM as the product master rather than ERP.
System navigation looks very simple and easy to set up.
Full support from the Pimerbly team - pre and post sale - we believe this sets Pimberly aside from the other software providers and was a key consideration in our PIM provider.

Cons: None yet identified any issues. The Pimberly team have demonstrated ho they have taken user customer feedback to further develop their system.

Overall: From the very start the Pimberly team have been very engaging from the initial scoping session, through discovery, and into project start up. The team are very knowledgeable about their system but very open to discuss future developments, the issues we face as a customer with not having our data in a PIM system prior to meeting them.

Pros: Automate every part of the product creation process. With use of datasets, you can be sure there will be no spelling mistakes or any other chances of human error.

Cons: A few features such an duplicating automations or matching images to products in numerical order (issues specific to our needs) not currently available. New features are being implemented all the time however.

Overall: An excellent piece of software, allowed our company to process 10x the amount of stock as we did prior to using Pimberly. Support is also excellent and are always on hand to assist in anything big or small.

Pros: From an integration point of view we have a reasonable amount of flexibility with how we get data in and out of Pimberly to our external systems. Integrations are quick and easy to set up and allow us to access the data in the way we need to.

Cons: I feel that Asset Management is one of the weaker areas of Pimberly, or at least in the way we use it. It can become a library of thousands of files with not a great deal of organisation due to the lack of options to sort / categorise into folders and directories. There is also a lack of reporting functionality

Overall: The set up and migration to Pimberly was well supported and an intuitive process. We have been able to set up integrations to and from external systems and get users up to speed quickly. Improvements could be made to the reporting and DAM side but overall experiences have been positive.
