    Pros: Brosix has multi-platform support, which lets you run applications on desktop and mobile simultaneously.
    File sharing is also possible.
    Has multi-channel communication ( chat, voice and video conference).
    It also allows for managing tasks.

    Cons: Till now I haven't experienced any downside on this platform.

    Overall: Overall, Brosix is the most effective platform that directly increases team collaboration. It facilitates file sharing, task management and video conferencing on one page. The best thing I liked about this platform is the all-platform app compatibility. It can be used on desktop and mobile.

    Pros: Brosix is incredibly easy to use, internal communication software. It increases the teamwork/collaboration in every work process where multiple or remote employees are involved. We loved its ability to omnichannel communication mixed in one place.

    Pros: Brosix is a complete package for inbound communication. It helps to work with the team and makes an effective effort to reach the goal. The interface is easily navigable. I can also share files and make a call using Brosix.

    Pros: We can message, video conference, share files and manage our projects with Brosix. It's a user-friendly collaboration platform. It's also made it easy to share files with coworkers direct from the chat menu. Allows integrations.

    Cons: The task progress data is not getting auto updated.

    Overall: Brosix offers a centralized platform where we can do most of our collaborative work on a single screen. The best thing I liked about Brosix is its super clean video conferencing and channel-based groups.

    Pros: Brosix is a cross platform instant messaging platform for communication within the organisation. It offers a secure network for communications with end-to-end encryption. It enables complete control over the communication channels through the the administrator console. It supports audio calls, video calls, text chat and message broadcast feature.

    Cons: Brosix is very functional internal communication platform and I have very much satisfied with this. No Cons.

    Overall: Brosix provides excellent instant messaging and file sharing platform to be used within the organisation. The administrator console offers the complete control over the system from a single dashboard. It can be used for communication within the organisation making it highly secure and no one outside the organisation can send or receive the message from Brosix.     Support is top notch when necessary

    Cons: Have to reload once in a while but it is super easy to download.

    Overall: We could use Teams for free with our Office license but choose to keep Brosix because it is a much nicer solution to internal messaging.

    "Secure internal Communications"

    Pros: Scalable/flexible licensing. Able to choose the services we needed. Works on Chromebook, Android and Windows, all the platforms we use daily.

    Cons: Setup can be a little confusing. Multi-presence issues (logged into the same account on multiple devices).

    Overall: We've used Brosix for many years as a secure internal communication system for our small office. Initially we found it to be the only secure IM platform that was easy to deploy with apps for all our platforms. While there are more options now than 5-6 years ago, we still love Brosix is not tied to "Big Data". We set up Brosix on a "location" basis: Front Desk, Me Desktop, Me Phone, Boss Desktop, Boss Phone, Boss Laptop. But have since moved to single users accounts on multiple devices. We are not using some of the advanced features as they don't apply to our business and because of Brosix's flexible licensing, we don't have to pay for those unused features. Support has been very responsive when we've had some hiccups with our logins (my fault) and with feature requests. (Thanks for the new emoji's!)

    Pros: I love Brosix because I can use it in the office, on my phone and quickly send messages to our other office locations. I couldn't be more happy with this product!

    Cons: There is nothing I do not like about Brosix, it does everything we need.

    Overall: We have been using Brosix for years and it's great to be able to communicate in the office or to our other offices without having to pick up the phone. It is also very practical for group messaging.
