Although many New Zealanders love the frozen supermarket ones with tomato sauce, these are just better 🤷‍♂️

2 medium potatoes, peeled, diced 2cm
1 small carrot, peeled, diced 2cm
600g minced pork
3 tablespoons chopped thyme leaves
3 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon sugar
75ml dry white wine
500g made with butter, flaky puff pastry
1 egg beaten

Preheat the oven to 200°C fan bake
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Boil the potatoes and carrot in plenty of water until tender.
Drain well and cool completely.
