Rena | Healthy Fitness Meals on Instagram: "Protein packed scrambled Oats   You need: 1 ripe banana  1 egg 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt  1/2 tsp cinnamon  1 tsp coconut oil  1 cup rolled oats (3/4 if you use a small banana- I used @oathoats crunchy dark chocolate flavor. It has cocoa powder and so good! If using just plain oats you can add 1 tsp cocoa powder) 1 scoop chocolate protein powder   Serve with: Greek yogurt, fruits of choice or milk milk like you would when eating cereal   How to make it: 1- mix all the ingredients in a bowl  2- heat a non stick skillet over medium heat. Spread the oat mixture out into a thin layer  3- allow it to cook until it sets about 4-5 minutes.
