Grab a band and a fixed barre 👇🏾

1️⃣ Fast row, slow release
2️⃣ Push downs
3️⃣ Hold push down, add knee drive 
4️⃣ Pulse arm and legs 
5️⃣ Fast row, slow release
6️⃣ Rotate to second 
7️⃣ Side pull on band 
8️⃣ Add leg pulse 

Remember to keep a tight pull on that band! If you feel some slack take a step away from the barre.
