Using reasonableness, we examine the U.S. Catholic bishops' opposition to provisions of the Affordable Care Act of 2010. Weaving contributions from theology, philosophy, and jurisprudence, we emphasize the reasonable importance of mental health therapy for women within a relevant Catholic/Christian dialogue, particularly in the wake of the U.S. Supreme Court's decision on healthcare. We principally identify socially imbedded factors that contribute to ending unwanted pregnancies, and argue that freedom of conscience is indeed freedom of choice within which women's reproductive needs lie under protections of the U.S. Constitution. We recognize that Catholic tradition originates in the words and behaviors of Jesus. Examining closely these actions toward women, we find no reasonable justification for the bishops' position against women's freedom of conscience. We also discovered that revelation does not belong exclusively to the bishops; truth continues to be revealed to all human consciences, and true freedom does not allow for coercion/castigation of dogmatic import. We advocate for women's ability to openly discuss their struggles to meet their reproductive condundra and to deconstruct their sexual stereotypes in mental health therapy. We provide crucial recommendations to augment choices for women's reproduction conundra, and incite the need for new epistemic frameworks to address the complexity of female sexuality.

The experience of posttraumatic stress is a sign of discomfort feeling and miserable situation especially for flood survivors. Being a first responder to the victims, the disaster volunteers are not only support providers for moral and psychological services, but also agents to reduce disaster-related-stress. Thus, the purpose of this study was to identify the key experiences of volunteers as the first responder in using psychological debriefing intervention with disaster victims. There were 20 volunteers from different agencies involved in this study. The semi-structured interview sessions were utilized for data collection. Based on the thematic analysis process, the findings indicated that the volunteer's resilience skill, emotional stability, and social altruism have been found to be the major volunteers' attributes in conducting psychological debriefing intervention. Volunteering activity is the appreciation and inspiration to the idea of forming the noble values of the multiracial society, which often manifested through contributions, giving and sharing for the benefit and priority of society as a whole. Most of nongovernment agencies in Malaysia have designed volunteer activities and programs that involved Malaysian community where this activity is to inspire volunteerism spirit among Malaysian. Unfortunately, many volunteers who are involved in those volunteer activities are not equipped with psychosocial training that specifically designed for volunteers. This study examines an approach to property crime prevention and violence strategies that can be used by enforcement agencies as well as the community in ensuring that the crime rate in our country decreases. In addition, the recommendations of the crime safety tool kit are also listed in educating the public on the prevention and response that needs to be done during or before the occurrence of crime as one of the crime prevention processes. This study is quantitative using the questionnaire survey method. This paper discusses the phenomenon of adolescent self-harming behaviour. Cases of adolescent self-harming behaviour do exist, and the number is increasing every year along with the report of mental health problems among children and adolescents issued by the Malaysian Ministry of Health through the National Health and Morbidity Survey Statistics report. This phenomenon needs to be given due attention by all parties, especially guidance and counselling teachers in schools so that the National Education Philosophy can be achieved and produce students who have good mental health and a healthy mindset. Pelbagai pendekatan telah dilakukan oleh Jabatan Penjara Malaysia sebagai institusi bertanggungjawab secara khusus dalam pemulihan banduan untuk membantu dalam membina kembali diri mereka agar dapat berperanan semula dalam masyarakat sama ada sebagai isteri, ibu, anak perempuan, kakak, pekerja, dan lain-lain. Antara pendekatan diperkenalkan oleh Jabatan Penjara iaitu Sistem Parol yang memainkan peranan penting dalam memastikan banduan yang dibebaskan secara Parol dapat kembali kepada masyarakat sebagai seseorang yang berguna kepada negara dan mematuhi undang-undang yang sedia ada. Oleh itu artikel akan membincangkan mengenai sejauhmanakah pencapaian perlaksanaan program Orang Di parol (ODP) yang dilaksanakan oleh Jabatan Penjara Malaysia khususnya di Bahagian Parol dan Perkhidmatan Komuniti berdasarkan kepada kajian yang dilakukan terhadap Pegawai Penjara (40 orang sampel) di bahagian tersebut. Hasil kajian menunjukkan tahap keberkesanan perlaksanaan Program ODP amat memberi kesan yang positif kepada ODP. Namun walaupun berkesan terdapat juga kelemahan-kelemahan dan cabaran-cabaran dalam perlaksanaan program ODP menurut responden. Oleh itu, pihak penjara perlulah sentiasa membuat penambahbaikan Sistem Parol dari masa ke semasa agar terus relevan dengan perubahan zaman supaya menjadi lebih komprehensif dan efesien.

Efforts to minimize long-term psychological morbidity following natural disaster have resulted in calls for the psychological interventions for survivors. These calls are based on the assumption that the earlier intervention occurs, the less opportunity for maladaptive and disruptive cognitive and behavioral patterns. In response to these calls, many disaster’s first responders have used Psychological Debriefing (PD) intervention following this traumatic event. Even though PD is frequently discussed in Western studies, yet, it is not deliberately explain in Malaysian disaster literature. Periodic summaries of research techniques used in important journals help professors of educational research teach each new generation of researchers. Literature published in "American Educational Research Journal" (AERJ), "Educational Researcher" (ER), and "Review of Educational Research (RER) is reviewed for the 10-year period ending in 1987. This kind of research technique has appeared frequently in educational literature. Periodic updates of recent literature with respect to methods used has an extensive history. A description of the methodology focuses on the coding process treading each article to identify every research method or statistical technique used and categorizing all methods and techniques identified in each article) and the categories employed to code research methods or statistical techniques used (descriptive, bivariate correlation, t-test, nonparametric, meta analysis, ANOVA/ANCOVA, psychometric theory, multiple correlation/regression, multivariate, factor/cluster, LISREL, Bayesian, simulation, modeling, and qualitative). The results of this study show the most frequent methods used in rank order for JEP are ANOVA/ANCOVA, bivariate correlation, t-test, multiple regression, multivariate, and nonparametric techniques and for AERJ are ANOVA/ANCOVA, multiple regression, bivariate correlation, descriptive, multivariate, nonparametric, and t-test. For the three journals combined, five of the seven most frequently utilized methods are taught in most two-course statistics sequences required for doctoral study; only multivariate and nonparametric techniques are not covered comprehensively.
