Marco Antonio Cornez Bravo (15 October 1957 – 21 May 2022) was a Chilean football goalkeeper. He played for Club Deportivo Palestino, Universidad Católica, Club de Deportes Antofagasta, Everton de Viña del Mar and Municipal Iquique. He was a goalkeeper for Chile national football team at the 1982 FIFA World Cup. His international career lasted from 1982 to 1995. Cornez was born in Valparaíso, Chile.
Cornez was diagnosed with stomach cancer in 2021. He died on 21 May 2022 from the disease in Santiago de Chile, aged 64.[1]
