"If I Were a Carpenter" is a 1966 folk song written by Tim Hardin and has been re-recorded by Bobby Darin and was nominated for a Grammy Award in 1967, Johnny Cash featuring June Carter and won a Grammy Award in 1971, Four Tops, Johnny Hallyday and Robert Plant for his sixth studio album Fate of Nations
