Ekalaka, Montana

Ekalaka is a town in Montana in the United States. It is the county seat of Carter County. As of the 2020 United States Census, there were 399 people.[1]

Known for its sandstone rock and open plains, Ekalaka is part of the Montana Dinosaur Trail. It is home to the Carter County Museum, which is known for its dinosaur collection.[2] Nearby is the Custer National Forest.
