William Carvel "Bill" Graham PC CM QC (March 17, 1939 – August 7, 2022) was a Canadian lawyer, law professor, politician, and Chancellor of Trinity College.

Graham was Minister of Foreign Affairs, Minister of National Defence, Leader of the Opposition and interim Leader of the Liberal Party of Canada.[1]

Graham died on August 7, 2022 in Toronto, Ontario at the age of 83.[2][3]
