The quantitative approach is adopted for the current research. The study’s data was collected from 370 students from public universities in Malaysia through a structured questionnaire. The findings of the study have found a positive and significant relationship between readiness for e-learning, training for e-learning, and student acceptance level toward e-learning in public universities of Malaysia. Besides, the current study also has found the mediating role of motivation for e-learning between readiness for e-learning and student acceptance. This study delves into the intricate web of factors influencing student acceptance of e-learning in the context of Malaysian public universities, focusing on readiness for e-learning, training for e-learning, and motivation for e-learning. These elements are inextricably linked, and understanding their interplay is essential for crafting effective strategies to enhance the adoption of e-learning for higher student satisfaction levels. Additionally, this research explores the mediating role of motivation, shedding light on how it can bridge the gap between readiness for e-learning, training for e-learning, and student acceptance. By unraveling these complexities, this study aims to provide valuable insights and recommendations to bolster the acceptance and effectiveness of e-learning within this specific educational setting.

The consequences of employee turnover bear weight, especially for institutions striving for global excellence, impacting both institutional continuity and the quality of education. This study explores the factors influencing employee turnover intention within Chinese academic institutions and prioritizes these factors based on their significance. A two-round Delphi method was employed to solicit and synthesize expert opinions through iterative rounds. Nineteen experts from private education institutions in Fuzhou, China, were selected using a combination of purposeful and snowball sampling. In the first round, experts listed the factors contributing to employee turnover intentions, which were then analyzed using thematic analysis. In the second round, the experts ranked these dimensions from most to least important. The study identifies five pivotal factors affecting turnover intentions, listed in order of importance: (1) compensation, benefits, and employee recognition; (2) career development and advancement opportunities; (3)
professional growth, training, and job security; (4) leadership, management support, and organizational culture; and (5) work-life balance and work environment. This research proffers actionable recommendations to discern and counteract contributors to employee turnover. The insights furnish invaluable guidance for Chinese educational institutions, underscoring the necessity of employee contentment and laying the groundwork for a sustained and driven workforce.

This exploratory study illustrated an integrated academic library supply chain (IALSC) model to design the strategic planning management tool of the academic library. The supply chain (SC) model has been widely used in manufacturing industries and has also been applied in many service industries with the same objectives. However, very few studies for academic libraries, particularly the implementation of the integrated SC model, are being executed, although it has been proven that SC management in practice can enhance stakeholder satisfaction, increase revenues and decrease total costs. The academic library also needs to be successful in providing quality products, services and information to fulfil the library users’ needs within the library budget. This research aims to develop a verified model of the integrated SC for the academic library.
Design/methodology/approach
This research used both qualitative and quantitative approaches to achieve its objectives. The proposed conceptual SC model, named as IALSC, for the academic library has been developed using the system thinking method; eventually, it has been validated through the fuzzy Delphi method, an expert judgement technique.
Findings
The research findings could contribute to academic library management in planning and formulating a roadmap for the library to increase its quality services for all stakeholders.
Originality/value
The conceptual model would have a high potential to be proposed as the strategic decision-making tool for an academic library, i.e. the flow of funds through the operations of the library, the library stakeholders’ satisfaction measurement, the decision process currently made by the library management team on the purchase of new library resources, the library resource suppliers, etc.

Based on the philosophical perspective of pragmatism and its rooted theoretical paradigm, this paper adopts a mixed sequential method of qualitative and quantitative research questions, goals and hypotheses, collects qualitative data through semi-structured expert interviews, and verifies the data by primary and secondary coding. A questionnaire is formed based on the developed scale, and quantitative data is collected by publishing and collecting the questionnaire. On this basis, qualitative data and research data verification and analysis of variables (public policy orientation, policy flexibility, policy objectives, policy operation mechanism, etc.) that affect entrepreneurs' entrepreneurial willingness are carried out. In this paper, the IBM-SPSS statistical analysis tool was used to test the reliability of 261 case data by using Cronbach's alpha value method, and the test results showed that the reliability value was 0.937 > 0.9, indicating that the questionnaire has high analytical reliability. The Caesar-Meyer-Holguin sampling adequacy measure: 0.913. Bartlett sphericity test about the chi-square: 1760.645. DF: 66. Signature: 000. The analysis results show that there is a strong enough correlation between the 12 variables. The above comprehensive analysis results show that the factors and variables of the theoretical model have an influence or role relationship, thereby verifying the entrepreneurial atmosphere of urban economy, because public policy subjects can achieve the policy goal of shaping the entrepreneurial atmosphere through the scientific application of policy tools, and can enhance the entrepreneurial willingness of entrepreneurs, thus forming a win-win or win-win situation.

solar power controller which integrates solar PV system with instant power supply (IPS) module to support continuous electrical power flow and supply access power to grid. Here, solar panels are connected to IPS through a micro-controller which determines the direction of power flows. When the battery is fully charged, power flows to the load
directly. During the unavailability of solar energy, load and
battery takes power from the grid. Even if grid is not available
power flows to load is supplied from the IPS. Moreover,
generated excess electricity from solar panel served to the grid
at no load and fully charged battery condition. This grid tied
controller combines solar PV system with IPS, to reduce cost
with combined use of battery and converter unit of IPS.
