N-acetilgalaktozaminska 4-sulfataza (EC 3.1.6.12, hondroitinsulfataza, hondroitinaza, arilsulfataza B, acetilgalaktozamin 4-sulfataza, N-acetilgalaktozamin 4-sulfat sulfohidrolaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom N-acetil-D-galaktozamin-4-sulfat 4-sulfohidrolaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- hidroliza 4-sulfatnih grupa N-acetil-D-galaktozamin 4-sulfatnih jedinica hondroitin sulfata i dermatan sulfata
Ovaj enzim takođe deluje na N-acetilglukozamin 4-sulfat.
