Kiselinska fosfataza (EC 3.1.3.2, kiselinska fosfomonoesteraza, fosfomonoesteraza, glicerofosfataza, kiselinska monofosfataza, kiselinska fosfohidrolaza, kiselinska fosfomonoestarska hidrolaza, uteroferin, kiselinska nukleozidna difosfatna fosfataza, ortofosforna-monoestarska fosfohidrolaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom fosfat-monoestar fosfohidrolaza (kiseli optimum).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
