Format-tetrahidrofolatna ligaza (EC 6.3.4.3, formiltetrahidrofolatna sintetaza, 10-formiltetrahidrofolatna sintetaza, tetrahidrofolna formilaza, tetrahidrofolatna formilaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom format:tetrahidrofolat ligaza (formira ADP).[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- ATP + format + tetrahidrofolat ADP + fosfat + 10-formiltetrahidrofolat
Kod eukariota se javlja trifunkcionalni enzim.
