Drew Blyth Barrymore (22. februara 1975 -) je američka glumica i filmska producentica. Poznata je kao jedan od najmlađih članova znamenite glumačke dinastije Barrymore, a s glumom se počela baviti još u ranom djetinjstvu, nastupajući u filmu Altered States 1980. godine. Nakon nastupa u filmu E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial etablirala se kao jedna od najvećijh dječjih zvijezda Hollywooda, ali je nekoliko godina kasnije postala oličenjem svih iskušenja koja čekaju holivudske ličnosti s nedovoljno iskustva da se nose s teretom slave. Vrlo brzo je počela konzumirati alkohol i drogu, da bi se nakon dva boravka u klinici za odvikavanje 1990. godine ponovno počela karijeru. Kao odrasla glumica se specijalizirala za romantične komedije.
