Thelma "Butterfly" McQueen (7. januar 1911 – 22. decembar 1995) bila je američka glumica, poznata po svojoj debitantskoj ulozi, odnosno liku sluškinje Prissy u filmu Gone with the Wind. McQueen, koja se prije glume bavila plesom, zahvaljujući tom filmu je postala jedna od rijetkih poznatijih crnih glumica u klasičnom Hollywoodu, ali također osuđena na uloge sobarica, zbog čega je bila duboko nezadovoljna. Umrla je od opekotina zadobivenih u nesreći koju je izazvala neispravna peć.
