About your web site, looking the photos of the bag I was afraid about frontal pocket, because it seams easy to be stolen, I would like to understand better how to adjust it. When I received the bag, I understood that there's not motive to be afraid, the pocket is sure.

Super snelle levering.
De tas is echt een plaatje. Super stoer uitstraling, mooi design. Daarnaast perfect voor mijn spullen, lekker overzichtelijk. Fijn ook dat de opening zo mooi open blijft staan en je dus echt goed in je tas kijkt ipv met je handen er in moet "graaien".
Heb veel rug-tassen (ben dol op tassen), maar deze is toch wel mijn favoriet. Juist om de orde die het mijn geeft in mijn spullen tijdens mijn hectische werkdagen

Guaranteed Christmas Delivery arriving on 31st

I ordered from the website on Monday the 16th of December.
On the website beside the add to cart button on the product it said "estimated delivery 21st of December".
I had also received a promotional email from them the same day saying guaranteed delivery for Christmas.
2 days after making the order I received an email saying that my order had now been shipped and estimated delivery was Tuesday 31st of December.

I reached out to customer support thinking it must have been a mistake. They were very friendly and prompt with their response though it amounted to "Really sorry to hear that but there's nothing we can do" and telling me that it's a very busy time of the year. The customer service also sent me a link to the website where it stated actual delivery times. The link showed a timeline more in line with what I actually received.

I think it's a pretty unreasonable and dishonest to show an estimated delivery date which doesn't seem to reflect the reality at all. Expecting customers not to take it at face value and instead go looking through the website for the correct information. I don't think the shipping times are unreasonable at all, however I felt like I had been intentionally tricked, as I wouldn't have ordered a Christmas present for someone if I had known the actual delivery times which seemed intentionally misleading.

I haven't received the product yet, though I am looking forward to it as it appears to be great.

No cumplen la fecha de entrega

En la petición se indicaba que la entrega seria el 24 de diciembre.
No se ha entregado ni se sabe cuando se va a hacer la entrega.
He hecho una petición a atención al cliente y me han dado el mismo traking que ya tengo que la empreaa Zeleris no reconoce.
Ni voy a volver a pedir nada mas ni lo voy a recomendar a nadie.
Muy mal.

I like my Gabaia crossbody. It’s a top product and I think I will order an other bag too.
