Sugar Cookies with Royal Icing - Bloodshot Eyes You would think that these cookies were for Halloween, wouldn't you? Nope. They were made as a gift to someone about to undergo cataract surgery. The bloodshot look was requested. :) The cookies were packed into a canning jar and shipped off. They look pretty funny staring out of the jar!
