This spinach feta crinkle phyllo is our take on an Easy Spanakopita recipe that you can prepare in minutes and serve any time of the day!

Vesela Asenova| Recipe Creator on Instagram: "Berry Soufra is a crunchy, buttery Phyllo dough pie baked with custard and berries and it simply melts in your mouth!
Ingredients:
10 oz phyllo dough
7 tbs salted butter, melted
6 oz berries of choice
Powder sugar, for dusting
Mint leaves, for garnish

Custard
3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla bean paste/extract

Method:
1. Preheat oven at 400 F;
2. Brush melted butter on your baking/pie pan; brush butter in the first phyllo sheet and place it on the pan; butter the next phyllo sheet, crinkle it and place it on the pan; repeat for all phyllo sheets; brush remaining butter on top and bake for about 10-12 minutes or until golden;
