❗️ Maybe your leg machine or your leg extension machine is garbage! first thing we need to understand when we’re doing the leg extension is that some of these machines are made very poorly where we cannot actually maximize knee flexion.

👉so what that means is the machines start you at a point where your quads aren’t fully lengthened, which is a bad thing, especially trying to grow your quads. The other problem we have here is some more advanced machines or pieces of equipment allow you to actually move the back pad fairly back to allow you to get hip extension. Why is this relevant?
