The key to the plastic wrap, is that it keeps the very gluey gauze clothe from sticking to whatever form you use. I made the mistake of not using that the first time and the cloth was stuck to the form.

Mixture Ratio:
2 parts modge podge to one part water

This is the cheapest DIY I think I’ve ever done and is so easy for kids to help with!
