Sunday comics

Classic Peanuts Comic Strip are one of the many comics I love reading in the news paper. My parents had the daily paper delivered to our home. I always read the comics. I call them the educational page. Next I would read the sports. Had to see how my Cincinnati Reds were playing. The "Big Red Machine", as we called them.

Newspapers across the country are reeling after tariffs put in place in March increased newsprint prices by 25 to 30 percent. Newsprint is generally the second-largest expense for local papers.

Snoopy lies on the doghouse and thinks, "Sure . ." Woodstock sits on his feet. Snoopy thinks, "Who knows? Maybe your mom has been looking for you . ." Snoopy thinks, "If your mom wants to find you, she'll find you . ." Snoopy thinks, "These days it's easy . ." Snoopy thinks, "Aren't you on the internest?" Snoopy laughs. Woodstock watches as Snoopy falls off the doghouse. A dazed Snoopy lies on the ground and smiles. He thinks, "I'll bet your mom would think that was funny . ."
